Klimatlöftet is an initiative of Klimatarena Stockholm, a collaborative platform for the county's climate transition that aims to coordinate and streamline collaboration between companies, municipalities and academia to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Paris Agreement.
By signing this climate pledge, Plant commits to continue to work actively in line with the Paris Agreement, strive for all building and construction projects in Stockholm County to be climate neutral by 2030, and to actively participate in climate leadership.
- Signing the Climate Pledge is of course completely natural for us at Plant given our offer and obvious climate commitment, says Pelle Tunell, CEO of Plant.
To contribute to the realization of the pledge's vision of climate neutrality, Plant commits to continue to contribute to and accelerate the circular transition in the building and construction process, including new construction and refurbishment.
- It is important that the construction sector works together if we are to solve the industry's climate challenges in the future. We therefore look forward to collaborating, learning and growing together with like-minded actors to create a sustainable future in Stockholm County and for our planet," says Pelle.
As a participant in this initiative, Plant will contribute to collaboration and experience sharing as well as pilot projects that support innovation to further catalyze positive change within the industry and the county.
