Kick-off meeting
We start with an initial meeting where we go through the scope of your project and the purpose of the climate calculations. You give us access to your BIM models, drawings and other relevant documentation.
We make the calculations
We take over the work and process the data using our advanced software. You can focus on other tasks while we ensure that the climate calculations are accurate and detailed.
Reconciliation meeting & presentation of results
After a few weeks, we present a preliminary report and review the results together. We handle any additions to ensure that everything is in line with the project objectives.
Final report & reducing climate impact

Climate declaration
From January 1, 2022, it is required that a climate declaration be prepared for new buildings. This means that developers must report the impact on the climate of a new building.
Plant's climate calculations meet all the requirements for a climate declaration and we are happy to help register the climate declaration with the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning.

Our project process starts with a kick-off meeting where we identify the scope of the project and the purpose of the climate calculation. You provide the BIM models, drawings and other relevant material, preferably by inviting us to your project portal.
We then work through this via our advanced software, giving you time to focus on other tasks. Within a couple of weeks, we deliver a preliminary report, present the results and review any assumptions made. Any adjustments are made and a final report is delivered. Our advisors then assist in interpreting the results and exploring different solutions to reduce your climate impact.
The process of producing a climate calculation takes a maximum of 2 hours from your project, including the kick-off meeting and presentation.
