Climate declaration
Plant's climate declaration module makes it easy to carry out climate declarations, even for beginners. The tool guides you step by step through the process - from verification of quantities to the finished report. When everything is ready, the system automatically compiles the declaration and sends everything to Boverket at the touch of a button.
Full life cycle
The whole life cycle calculates the entire life cycle of the building, A-D stage. When optimizing your building, it's wise to consider the whole picture - both the construction and operational phases - so that improvements in one phase do not lead to increased emissions in another. Whole Life Cycle helps you ensure that your decisions are based on a complete picture of the building's climate impact over time.
The tool guides you through the process in an educational way, making it easy even for new users. The module is adapted for certifications such as NollCO₂, Miljöbyggnad, BREEAM and the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and supports taxonomy-based calculations in accordance with EU requirements.
Circularity
Easily compare different options - reuse, preserve or build new - and see where the biggest climate benefits lie. The tool helps you in an educational way to focus on what makes the biggest difference.
Companies reporting under CSRD need to be able to analyze what has a significant impact on the environment and report circularity in their sustainability reporting. The module helps you to easily collect data on circularity linked to material flows: what is reused, recycled and renewable.
BI tools
To make your work easier, Plant's software integrates with the BI tools you already use. Management, sustainability managers and project teams can track climate data in real time - without switching systems. Plant automatically shares data for reporting, analysis and decision support.
The construction products assessment
Through the integration between Plant's climate calculation tool and Byggvarubedömningen's logbook tool, information is shared and refined. Double reporting is avoided for those projects that calculate climate in Plant and have their logbook in Byggvarubedömningen.
