Plant's Remodel tool has been adapted to Skandia Fastigheter's operations with a licensing solution that enables fast, flexible climate calculations directly by employees within the organization. The tool will facilitate Skandia Fastigheter's work to reduce climate impact and increase the proportion of recycled materials in their projects.
"We set tough climate targets for ourselves and to achieve our goals we also need to work together with our customers. Plant's tool supports us by offering a user-friendly climate calculation that helps us make better choices linked to climate impact in local adaptations, and also get our customers involved in the dialog. The fact that we have followed Plant and been involved in the development makes us feel confident that the tool meets our needs," says Anna Rudström, Sustainability Project Manager at Skandia Fastigheter.
From Plant, CEO Pelle Tunell comments: "It is exciting to see how our new Remodel tool has been adapted to meet Skandia Fastigheter's unique needs. Their commitment to sustainability is impressive, and we are proud to be part of their journey towards achieving their climate goals. Our collaboration shows how technology and partnership can drive real change in the real estate sector."
The extended collaboration builds on an already successful relationship where Plant has previously assisted with climate calculations for major refurbishments and new builds. With this new step, both Plant and Skandia Fastigheter look forward to continuing to set new standards for sustainable real estate development.
