Diös, which is a market leader in 10 growth cities and owns both commercial and residential properties in northern Sweden, has set ambitious climate goals going forward, including halving its carbon emissions by 2030. Plant looks forward to being an active partner to Diös on their sustainability journey.

The framework agreement between Plant and Diös entered into force in the summer of 2023 and is valid until further notice. The license includes a complete climate calculation for use in a climate declaration according to the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's requirements, certification according to BREEAM and the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
