- The construction and real estate industry is undergoing major changes. Sustainability has become a driving force and new digital ways of working are emerging. Plant is right on time in this change. Plant is a great company with a strong offering. The company solves the large and complex challenge of climate calculations that everyone is now facing.
What challenges do you see for Plant?
- Plant is making a completely new offer in a traditional industry. Instead of using classic and manual ways of working with climate calculations, companies must dare to believe in digital solutions with automation and visualization. At the same time, I see a high willingness to change in the industry. More and more companies are choosing Plant and the company is growing rapidly. Now it is important to have the right focus in the future development. For example, the right balance is needed between developing the software and offering customers the sustainability report that is in demand.
What experiences do you bring to this?
- I have worked in business strategy and consulting for over eight years, with a focus on the real estate industry. Basically, I am educated in urban planning with a master's degree in sustainability. I have experience in scaling up, business development, financing, board issues and leadership. This is important for a company like Plant that is growing rapidly, while it is important to maintain the great culture that exists at the company.
