Skandia Fastigheter has high goals in the climate area and since January 1, 2022, all new construction projects are required by law to prepare a climate declaration.
- To achieve our climate target, we need to radically reduce the climate impact of our construction projects. Therefore, we include climate impact in governance and monitoring throughout the project process. Each year we reduce our limit values. The climate calculations can be used for follow-up on a project-by-project, company-by-company basis and for regulatory requirements," says Emma Henriksson, Head of Sustainability at Skandia Fastigheter.
